The following are Terms & Conditions set forth by PakBritish Education.

ADMINISTRATION OF PROGRAMS

 If you fail to enroll or fail to complete your program, you will be excluded from
your program without a transfer to another program or refund.
 If you wish to change the date of admission, you should contact the Registration
Department at least TWO weeks in advance. In such a case, you might have to
pay the difference between tuition fee paid and tuition fee of your preferred date
of admission plus an administration charges.
ATTENDANCE

 Students must attend a minimum of 75% of their classes otherwise they may lose
their place on the program. No refund will be given.
 A student who does not meet the attendance requirement will not receive a
certificate at the end of the course.
 It is the responsibility of the student to inform the college of any illnesses and
absences.
CHANGES TO PROGRAMS AND STUDENT BEHAVIOR

 If PakBritish Education cancels a program after a student’s enrollment, PakBritish
Education will refund all fees already paid by the student.

CONDUCT AND DISCIPLINE
 PakBritish Education reserves rights to expel a student from the program for
unacceptable behavior or lack of attendance. No refund will be made once the
student is expelled from their program.

DEPOSIT AND DAMAGE OF PROPERTY

 In the event of damage to the college’s property, if our student intentionally or
negligently damages the college’s property, the student will be responsible to pay
the full cost of repairing or replacing that property.

DISABLED STUDENTS

 PakBritish Education staff is available to provide assistance to students with
disabilities.
 In order to assist PakBritish staff, the student must, at the time of registration,
provide a written document explaining their disability and any special
requirements as a result of the disability.
HEALTH

 Students must inform PakBritish Education of any mental or physical condition,
allergy, or disability that may interfere with the completion of their program, affect
the health and well-being of others or treatment. PakBritish Education will not be
responsible in case of any misrepresentation or willful omission of information on
the student’s part.

LIABILITY

 PakBritish Education will not be responsible for any loss or damage of students’
belongings that arises out of or in connection with the consequence of the
student’s usage at PakBritish Education premises.
 PakBritish Education will not be liable for the safekeeping and delivery of any
post sent to you.
PAYMENT

 All programs tuition fees must be paid no later than 3 weeks before your program
start date.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND OUR TERM DATES

 PakBritish Education does not provide students with makeup lessons for missed
classes and there is no refund for lessons missed.
QUERIES AND COMPLAINTS

 Students should report to PakBritish Education Management, any issues that
make the student feel unhappy with the program such as lecturers, assessment,
and college facilities etc.
 PakBritish Education always listens to stakeholders and continuously tries to
improve its services and products for them.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

 Students are asked to read the Refund and Cancellation Policies carefully.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

 In the event of a dispute between a student and the College, procedures are in
place to facilitate the resolution of the dispute. Please read our policies for more
details.
SERVICES

 PakBritish Education reserves the right to change details of its services and
products, including programs, facilities, locations and course dates where
circumstances beyond PakBritish Education control necessitate such changes, or
where the number of enrollment is not enough to operate a program/course
viably.
 Please note an external classroom may be used during busy periods, students
may be taught off-site. Further details will be available during orientation.
